Chapter 885 Honors Friend to Veterans Community

Wilmington, NC Chapter 885 honored Rosalie Calarco, who works on constituent issues for North Carolina Sen. Richard Burr, at the June chapter meeting. 

The plaque that chapter President Don Betz presented to Calarco recognizes her longtime service to the veterans community of Wilmington, including the work she has done with the chapter helping members with government benefits claims.

The plaque thanks Calarco for her “dedication, not only to your job, but to those who have given to our country, and who, through your dedication to help, are given the help they need in their time of stress. Your understanding and compassion in each case is exemplary and from all the Vietnam veterans whose life and work you have touched—Welcome Home and God Bless.”
