Chapter 565 Hosts First Annual Community Day

The Pottstown Keystone Chapter 565 sponsored its inaugural Pottstown Veterans Community Day at Memorial Park in Pottstown, PA .

The day opened with a ceremony honoring all the veterans present, including veterans from World War II to the Korean War.

There were speeches and an awards ceremony that made the day especially meaningful. The day was punctuated by live music, food, children’s activities, and exhibitions from area organizations.

Proceeds from the day benefited local veteran organizations to support their missions.
